The apartment was built about 20 years ago a 5-room apartment with a 200-meter garden. It was rented for about 12 years so it was necessary to replace most of the windows, doors and air conditioners. Kitchen cabinets were replaced and garden restoration was done as well . This included installation of an automatic irrigation system and Installing CCTV cameras
